Chris Brown celebrates 26th birthday with lavish Las Vegas bash

Chris Brown's lavish 26th birthday celebrations were one more excuse to toast the news that he would not be charged for assault.
The singer was still in Las Vegas on Wednesday night after flying into to watch Floyd Mayweather fight Manny Pacquiao and where he had also been accused of hitting another man during a basketball game on Monday.
Chris celebrated in style with scantily-clad girls, a custom cake and a bottle of gold champagne as he invited his fans and friends, including 'Money Mayweather' himself to join him at Drais nightclub for the second time this weekend.

Gimme That singer Chris was hosting the officially opening of Yacht Club and, undoubtedly in high spirits, took to the stage to perform for guests

Chris proved he knows how to ring in big birthdays when he was one of the featured artists on MTV's My Super Sweet 16, which was retitled Sweet 18 for his coming of age.
He threw two seriously extravagant bashes: one was held in a church converted to a nightclub, the gift was a custom Lamborghini and (now ex-girlfriend) Rihanna was one of his invitees.

Taking the stage on Wednesday, Chris was presented with a personalised cake that featured all of his album covers.
He was even shown a video message from his daughter Royal on the big screen, it was reported, after he learned that he was a father to the 10-month-old only recently.
On his birthday, Chris captioned an adorable picture of her sleeping: 'I honestly never knew I could love someone as strong as I do. I'm gonna give her the world.'

Chris now has a responsibility to his little one and considering his previous convictions Chris would have been pleased to hear that no action would be brought against him in this latest case.

He has however been upsetting is neighbours, TMZ reports, which could lead to further criminal investigation for 'reckless driving and speeding'.
Law enforcement sources told the police have been called up to 20 times in recent months by Agoura, CA residents to complain about cars racing and spinning so much that it's caused skid marks on the driveway.

Patrols in the area are said to be getting a step up as a result but MailOnline has contacted a spokesperson for Chris Brown to comment.
Chris obviously came to the police department's attention during his break in Nevada this week, when he was accused of assaulting a man during a game of basketball on Monday.
But the next day, TMZ reported the alleged victim contacted the police and dropped the charges - but never explained why.
It was reported that the singer got involved in a brawl during a pick-up game at the Palms Casino Resort.

He was staying in the hotel's Hardwood Suite, which has its own half court, having flown into town for the much-hyped Mayweather v Pacquiao fight.
Whilst playing with a group of men at 3.42am, an argument broke out with one of them and Brown reportedly punched him.
Police were called but didn't speak the Kiss Kiss singer at the time.
The site claims that Chris was offered two options: sign a citation for misdemeanor battery, show up in court and face the charge; or let the district attorney decide what charges to press.

The incident comes less than two weeks after Brown settled out of court with another man who accused him of assault during a basketball game.
Malcolm Ausbon filed lawsuit claiming the singer and three of his entourage beat him up in the middle of a game at a 24-Hour Fitness in LA last year.
He sent a letter to the musician's attorney, Mark Geragos, a letter threatening to go police unless Chris he was paid $250k, a move the lawyer claimed was extortion.
It was reported that Brown ultimately settled for a four figure sum, a fraction of the asking price, in what was described as a 'nuisance payment'.

The growing list of accusations of violence will not help the Forever hitmaker's endeavor to build a relationship with his newly discovered daughter Royalty.
In March he discovered he is the father of the ten moth-old girl with Texas-based former model Nia Guzman, and is trying to get her to move to LA so he can be in the child's life.
Less than seven weeks ago, Brown was finally released from a six year probation stemming from his 2009 assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna.
While he avoided jail for that incident, he spent two-and-a-half months in jail after he was arrested for hitting a man outside a Washington hotel in October 2013, just one of a number of incidents he was involved in that raised flags with his probation officers.

It came as a surprise to some when the judge completely removed Brown's probation back in March; many had assumed he was actually going to throw him in jail for the number of times he had breached the conditions of his freedom.
While he wasn't a suspect in either Brown was present at two recent shooting incidents; One in San Jose, the other in Hollywood in which rap mogul Suge Knight was shot.
In July 2013 he was involved in a hit-and-run in Los Angeles, but the charges were dropped before he found out if he would have to go to jail under the terms of his probation.
In October of that year he was involved in a fight with two men outside the W Hotel in Washington and his parole was again revoked, but again he escaped a prison sentence when the judge ruled his progress in anger management classes was enough to offset it.
But when he was kicked out of rehab - another violation of his probation rules - he was finally sent to jail in March of last year, but released early in June due to prison overcrowding
